Is there a way to programatically get all translations of our app so
when there is an additional file like de\OurApp.dll added, it knows we
now support German?

I was going to do a find on the directory the app is in for
supdirectories with OurApp.dll and use the dir name - but that doesn't
work when they are put in the GAC.
