how to localize the commondialog items

I have resx files that contain the strings for all my localizable
items. However, I open .net dialogs, like FolderBrowserDialog. How
does the text in there become localized ?

Unfortunately the standard dialogs keep the language of the OS UI, there is

no way to localize them.
