Hi all

I have a string in Hebrow languague. When i displayed it on Label it
displayed properly in Hebrow language but when i displayed the same string as
Button Text or add it to DropDownList item, It show garbage.

I read an artical to Pass it to HtmlDecode and then displayed and i pleased
to see this this magically worked and displayed properly But...

This properly displayed in Dotnet Framework 2.0 but when i tried it on
Framework 1.1 it still show garbage. Now i have headach after trying it since
3 days.

I just wonder if somebody could help me out. I ll be much much greatful.
