Automated VPN Dialout

Hello. I have an application that requires VPN dialout and users are having
a hard time with this and/or find it tedious. Is there any way I can use
JScript or an equivalent to automate this process? Thanks.

Invoke RasDial.exe

rasdial /?
USAGE:
rasdial entryname [username [password|*]] [/DOMAIN:domain]
[/PHONE

honenumber] [/CALLBACK:callbacknumber]
[/PHONEBOOK

honebookfile] [/PREFIXSUFFIX]

rasdial [entryname] /DISCONNECT
