Hello
I have been working on a practice project that uses VB.Net to access an
access database. I have made buttons that are suppose to create new records
and update records etc, but I keep getting error messages whenever I try to
update the database.
The program can get the data from the database and I can make changes to the
dataset, but cannot commit the changes to the database.
I have also copied some programs off tutorials on the internet(because they
should work) but they don't work either(I have made sure that the program
accesses a database that exists on this computer).
Do you have any suggestions?
I am working on a computer in Japan so the error message is in Japanese. I
don't completely understand what the message says but maybe some parts of it
will be familiar to someone. Here is the message that comes up at
dataAdapter.Update(dataSet):
'system.Data.OleDb.OleDbException'のハンドル( handle)されてない(isn't)　れいがい(excep tion)がsystem.data.dll ではっせい(occurence/incidence)しました(happened)
