I want to use AZMAN with the Enterprise Security Application Block 2.0. I can
find examples of how to do this with the 1.1 version of the Security
Application Block. And I can find examples of how to use AZMAN with ASP.NET
2.0.

BUT I CANNOT find any reference to using AZMAN with the 2.0 version of the
Security Application Block. I am left to conclude that at the minimum, this
is not documented and at worst, it is not possible.

Can anyone tell me: 1) Is this possible? 2) Show me a clear example of how
to configure the app.config file to do this?
