I have an external hard drive with a lot of files that relate to my business.
I need to loan that hard drive to someone temporarliy to finish a project
within the company.

Is there a way to limit this user's access on this external hard drive in
order for this person to only access the files and not copy them from the
hard drive for his/herself? (Basically, this person is only allowed to open
the files, not copy, delete, etc.)

I appreciate any help.
