I have a continual problem with hackers turning off my error message
reporting, many services and event logs.

I would like to know if there is a way not to have the option to turn them
off.

My situation is more extensive and agressive than any I've heard of.

I am a novice at best, however, I do know this.

If Microsoft recieves the error messages, Judy from Microsoft Support comes
online and they are finished in an instant to put it as plain and
straightforward as I can.
