USB Drive unaccessable: This operation has been cancelled - 09-07-2007 , 01:30 PM

When attempting to access my removable USB area/drive I get: this operation
has been cancelled due to restriction in effect on this computer.

I am the administrator on this computer and this just started. Any
assistance would be helpful.
