When I go into my Backgrounds tab, the pictures list along with the stretch
and browse tabs are locked, unclickable. I have done what the other people
reccomended: Go into customize desktop and delete all web options except my
homepage and uncheck that and lock desktop. That does not work, and i do not
have malware or a trojan. Can anybody help me, the other ideas dont work and
its starting to work my patience.
