Let's say a new developer joins your .Net shop. The developer worked in a
non .Net java environment for over a year. Your shop does have some java
code. He expresses an interest in continuing in java by using VJ#. Thus he
prefers not to switch to any of the other .Net languages.
Would your shop allow the developer to continue forward in VJ# for a new
application?
