full disc drive in xp

full disc drive in xp - 01-02-2008 , 06:26 PM

My C: drive is full and my D drive is almost completely empty.. how do I
change the default or how do I transfer C: files to the D: to free up space.
Please help I am tearing my hair out with the slowness of my computer.
