See Indy library for Delphi .net (open source)
There is BabelFish tool at Borland Community site to convert C# to Object
Pascal / Delphi.net, so there might be similar tool to do the opposite too
(google for it). Else can also try converting by hand the code or read it to
understand what it's doing
