When I try to open the Phone and modem box I receive a message "Phone and
Modem control panel can not be opened. You may have a problem starting
telephony service." I am also unable to configure a dialup internet seting as
the options in the network wizard are greyed out. I have run services.msc to
try and manualy start Telephony as mentioned in other posts but Telephony is
not present there. Help!
