Hi,
Is there a way to validate client certificate in the web services by adding
code to validate the certificate without having IIS to do anything?.

We want to send a client certificate without usernametoken (we don't want to
use the windows user) and validate the certificate on the services side by
adding some code to it without having to use IIS to do anything. With or
without WSE 2.0 or 3.0 is fine.
