dataset from .xsd problem - 11-13-2007 , 11:00 AM

Trying to create a dataset out of an XML schema (.xsd), I get the
following error message:

DataSet doesn't support 'union' or 'list' as simpleType

Using .NET2/VS2005. Is there a workaround? Is this fixed in .NET3/
VS2008?
