Could visual basic version 4 run on windows xp? If not, would upgrade be
required? For upgrade, is it just recompiling the code?

I assume that VB4 will run on Windows XP, but I didn't test it.

Hello.

I was trying to run a application developed in VB 4.0(16 bit edition) on
Win2003. I'm having refresh problems.

For ex : I have a main form which acts as the menu. When I click on a menu ,
another form will show up. The problem is that there is a screen overlap. The
image of the main menu screen overlaps on the latest screen. Also if I
minimize all applications and restore my application , some images of the
desktop are still imposed on the screen of my application.

I was running this application on Win2000, but never faced any problem with
that.
