hi evryone
i work for the navy and i got the job to re-write a morse
program....the only problem is that i can not get the
light to flash....the old program was written in borland
delphi 4 and i need to rewrite it all...for those who
don't know what i'm talking about morse is currently used
in navy for communication (

sp )that is a what we learn basicly but i need idea who to
do it....
