hi, since i installed VS.NET 2003 on my company's win2k server, the
server shuts down about once a week unexpectedly (MS SQL 2k is
installed in the same box). is it an known problem for VS.NET? anyone
experiences similar problems?

if that's the case, what should i do other than uninstalling VS.NET?

is there any hardware that keeps checking the server and turn the
server on immediately if it's down?
