Hi there,

I am having a rather frusturating problem with vs.net 2003. I have installed
MSDN 2003 as well. It has been working. All of a sudden from yesterday,
when I open Vs.net or MSDN directly from start menu I am presented with a
blank window. I have literally tried to do everything that is possible. I
have tried opening document explorer and manually type ms-help:// URL's
repeatedly i am presented with blank page only. If i click help on help on
vs.net help menu i get a page cannot be displayed error.

As the last resort , i tried uninstalling and reinstalling MSDN itself, but
the moment uninstallation begins, a roll back occurs and I get a cryptic
message "Fatal Error" with no details on what the heck is causing the
problem.

Earlier in the day, when I tried to install infragistics suite i got a
message saying ms help 2 services are locked by another process and
installation crashed out. I think that might have screwed up the whole
thing. How do i get the help service back, how can i reinstall it if it has
been corrupted.

Ii have restarted several times and there is no instructions i can find in
net as well. It would be great if some one could throw light what shd be
done. Shd i reinstall vs.net , I am running windows 2003 and let me tell you
this help collection is absolutely frusturating.
