I am getting an error intermitantly from VS when I try to compile a VB.NET
solution that has several projects in it. When I try to start a debug
session I get a message that it could not write to the main DLL because
access is denied. If I do a standard build I have no issues, only when I try
to start debug.

Any suggestions on a course of action? I can not see any circular references
which is the only thing I have been able to find that suggests this kind of
issues.
