I am having problems with the References Path for projects in VS.NET 2003 in
a multideveloper environment . Basically they keep changing or reverting
back.

Where are the References Path stored? In the solution or the project file? I
can make the change with no file checked out and it won't moan, so either I
am not getting a warning the changes have not been saved or the path is
saved elsewhere...

This is driving me crazy! I have a large solution to build regularly and I
have to keep going through all the projects manually to ensure that the path
hasn't been changed!!!
