I have managed to add a libraries inc and lib dirs for the current user, but
cannot find the reg key and or file which contains the default dirs for all
users. I wish to deploy a 3rd party static library that adds its own inc and
lib dirs for ALL users, including any newly added users post library
installation
any help appreciated
