Hi I've accidently switched on some sort of space marker so that now all spaces on my editor regardless of the file extension are showing as a dot, well, a dot in the middle of the line, not at the bottom, but I can't reproduce for this post. Can anyone tell me how to switch this off because I can't find the config for it, because I.wont.to.see.an.empty.space.where.not.a.dot Thanks danny |

Hello! You can try resetting all your settings to default as follows: Tools->Import and Export Settings... That is too hard a method for Dan's problem, but most probably solves the issue nonetheless (haven't tried myself). Dan: it is better simply to choose Edit/Advanced/View White Space menu command in the Code Editor. Or, just press Ctrl+E,S. Hope this helps! -- Regards, Mr. Jani Järvinen C# MVP Helsinki, Finland janij (AT) removethis (DOT) dystopia.fi http://www.saunalahti.fi/janij/ |
