Hi Stefano,
You posted
've problem using VSS on Windows 2000 server.
It does not allow to create new project or add user
The error is : D:\...\ is not a valid directory
C: NTFS
D: NTFS
Does Visual Source Safe run over Windows 2000 Server ?
Yes SourceSafe runs on w2k Svr
Is there a version for NTFS ?
No all versions should work with NTFS
Is there a new version of VSS ?
Not sure which version you have but the latest version upgrade
http://msdn.microsoft.com/ssafe/downloads/sp/
There was an upgrade around sp3 that help running on W2k so sp6 could help.
It kind of looks like you may just have a pathing problem that is you may
just have something in the srcsafe.ini file pointing to an invalid
directory path.
I hope this helps.
Thanks
